Do we Accept Returns?
ONLINE PURCHASES - We understand that buying anything on the internet can be difficult, as you never know if they will fit or if it will look as you imagined. We are happy to exchange any clothing item for a different size or provide a refund if you are not happy for any reason.
All we ask is that they are returned in 'as new condition' within 14 days of receipt. For Christmas presents, we do extend this and they can be returned by January 15th.
RACECOURSE PURCHASES – When you purchase a product/s at our racecourse store and then decide you wish to return/exchange when you get that item/s home we ask that you please follow the information below and return all items you wish to have refunded. All we ask is that they are returned in 'as new condition' within 14 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding your purchase and wish to discuss before returning then please email us at email@example.com and one of the team will assist.
How do I Return Them?
If you need to return an item, please complete the returns form enclosed with the goods, and detail what you need, whether it be an exchange of size or a refund. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receiving them.
For exchange of sizes and refunds, you will need to pay to return the item, but we will send the replacement item out to you free of charge.
What is the Cheapest Way to Send them Back?
We highly recommend that you use the CollectPlus service, which is significantly cheaper than Royal Mail for most larger items (£4.60 per parcel) and can be sent from over 5500 local shops.
Click on the above link, pay and print out the return label. Then just put the label on the package and drop it at your nearest local shop, which can be found by entering your postcode at step 5.
For smaller items, Royal Mail may still be cheaper, so please feel free to use whichever service suits you best.

Why Don't you Offer Free Returns?
We thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas - for example, putting up the price of their products. We don't want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the outset that it is our policy to ask customers to pay to ship the good back to us.
